Return & Refunds
We at Guru Soundz offer our customers complete satisfaction. If you receive our goods damaged in transit you need to let us know within two days of receiving the goods. We will refund the cost of the goods although shipping, packaging and handling charges are not refundable. We allow a two-day (from the time you receive the goods) grace period on most items. We will consider an item sold if we are not notified by email, registered mail or person to person telephone call within two days of delivery of goods (no exceptions). To return an item you must call, write or email for a Return Authorisation. Any item returned to us without our authorisation will be refused. Any item returned should be properly packed, insured and shipped prepaid. We do not exchange or give refunds on books, drum heads or any flute or reed instruments. All returned items must be in new condition and the customer will be responsible for any subsequent damage incurred.
